Chainsaw art: Troll

This is a seven foot tall sculpture of trolls (as depicted in norse mythology, not the internet variant ), overlooking the roundabout leading into the community where I- well, it's not where I live, but it's the closest village.

This entire thing was sculpted with a chainsaw, from what I think was a single piece of wood... or was it? Not sure, it was over ten years ago. Anyways, it is chainsaw art and I always thought that is pretty awesome.
